Tales from Sky Station 3 |

Hi, my name's Breezy! I'm a 26 year-old living aboard Sky Station III... a floating structure that silently glides above the clouds of Earth. Come on in and explore! This is a place for my passions, anecdotes and observations as we circum-navigate the globe using nothing but the power of gravity. Check below for the latest location data... we may be floating over you! Remember: The Future Is Lighter Than Air! - Breezy
Current Location DataSky Station III is currently drifting above
Prague in the Czech Republic.
Welcome to Sky Station 3...'AIR' (the Ariel Insight Registry) was founded in 2002, when the utopian dream of technology and nature working side-by-side was taking off. As it did, so did we. The name sounds a little surveillance-ey but we don't do anything of the sort... we're a group of 32 individuals who all live, grow, observe and learn aboard a floating structure in the sky. It started out as a social experiment to determine if a utopian society was possible given the space to breathe and lack of outside interference. It proved successful and was thus extended by unanimous decision of those on board. The basic requirements for partaking individuals was emotional openness, patience, a love for all living things and willingness to learn. For the sake of brevity, the full briefing won't be displayed here, but it asked a lot of Generation 1. The very fabric of human nature had to be tamed and rewired so that the more competitive, war-like traits were muted. When disagreements are not based on a need to argue, but an understanding of how to improve, the outcome is far more productive. Here we are now at Generation 3 and although we've had our fair share of dramas, we continue on as mere observers, endlessly drifting through an azure expanse, catching hazy glimpses of the world 35,000 ft below... Designed on Windows 98! :DSimplicity is key to our culture and our creations reflect it! Since departure in 2005, Sky Station 3 has only received essential updates to fit with our ethos of recycling, repairing and keeping things simple. As a result, this website was made entirely on vintage hardware! My system is a Compaq Armada e500 running Windows98, with FrontPage 2000 doing all the HTML work. While this means my blog can't be as flashy as some of the others here on Neocities, it's certainly one of the most authentic. :)
